Asaba: In the making of history, in the creation of states in Nigeria, on the 27th August 1991, Delta State was born.
As we Celebrate Delta Silver Jubilee Anniversary, Heritage-Plus proudly presents Delta Heritage Awards to celebrate Delta’s rich cultural heritage as well as commemorate with Deltans on this historic event to recognize outstanding personalities and corporate organizations for their tireless and Impactful lifestyle in giving back to the society, enhancing and fast tracking sustainable developmental projects and initiative.
In a call for nomination carried out by heritage plus Comr Ossai Ovie Success who became Political Aide on Special Duties to Delta State Governor at the age of 23 emerged as the MOST OUTSTANDING YOUNGEST POLITICAL APPOINTEE IN DELTA STATE, this is due to his sterling performance, exceptional contributions and commitment towards building a better Delta State though the Social Media , his salient efforts in re-modeling the good image of Delta State by selling the genuine intention of government to all Deltans, thus making him the MOST OUTSTANDING YOUNGEST POLITICAL APPOINTEE IN DELTA STATE. 
These exceptional qualities he display over the years has eventually earned him the current political appointment at the age of 23.
Ossai Ovie Success was born at Ogume in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State.
He attended Emuseri Primary School Jesse Town (1994–2000) and Idjerhe grammar School, Ugo Secondary School (2000-2006) then went on to the College of Education Warri where he studied Computer and Economics graduating in 2012 with an NCE Certificate .
Political career
Ossai Ovie Success became Students Union Government 2011/2012 session Member, Secretary to Social and Cultural Committee at the College of Education Warri .
Then later National Association of Nigeria Students NANS/JCC Electoral Committee Member.
Currently he is the youngest political appointee in Nigeria.
He was appointed as the Political Aide on Special Duties to Delta State Governor at the age of 23.
