UGHELLI/Nigeria: Olorogun O’tega Emerhor OON, the founding leader of Delta All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended warm congratulations to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the former Deputy President of the Senate as he celebrates his 60th birthday.
