Delta Assembly Set to Enact Law to Repeal School of Health Technology to College

ASABA/Nigeria: A bill for a law to repeal the State School of Health Technology Law and enact the State College of Health Technology Bill 2020 has passed first reading on the floor of the Delta State House of Assembly.

The bill with the short title “College of Health Technology Bill”, is being sponsored by the Member Representing Warri South One Constituency, Hon Austin Uroye.

The Lawmaker, Hon Austin Uroye is the Chairman, House Committee on Health had sought the leave of the House to bring in the bill.

The motion for the first reading was seconded by Hon Emomotimi Guwor who represents Warri South West Constituency in the House.

The second reading of the bill has been slated for Thursday 17th December 2020.
