COLLECTION OF FORMS FOR FARMERS’ REGISTRATION AND FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FARMERS’ COOPERATIVES AND COMMODITY ASSOCIATIONS
It is hereby announced for the information of the general public particularly Deltans, that application forms for the PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING SUPPORT PROGRAMME (PPSP) segment of the Government’s job creation initiative, are now available for collection by interested farmers. The application forms are in two categories as follows:
i. Prequalification form for Farmers’ Cooperatives and Commodity Associations
ii. Farmers’ registration Form.
The prequalification forms for Farmers’ Cooperatives and Commodity Associations can be obtained from the offices of the Cooperative Department in the 25 Local Government Headquarters while the Farmers’ Registration Forms can be obtained from the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the 25 Local Government Areas.
Interested farmers could also obtain the forms from the:
OFFICE OF THE CHIEF JOB CREATION OFFICER,
PLOT NO 1, CORE AREA, PHASE 1, ILLAH ROAD (Former Senator Okowa Campaign Office, Opposite Temple Clinic Junction), Asaba.
Genuine and interested farmers as well as Farmers’ Cooperative Societies and Commodity Associations in the State are by this announcement advised to collect the forms for completion and return to the above mentioned offices on or before Friday, July 24, 2015.
