WARRI/Nigeria: In continuation of the distribution of sets of furniture across public primary and secondary schools in the state, two primary schools in riverine communities and a secondary school in Warri North Local Government Area have taken delivery of theirs.
Iwere College, Koko, received 100 students’ tables and chairs, 10 tables and 10 chairs for teachers.
Awamba Primary School, Awamba, a riverine community, got 100 students’ tables and chairs, 15 tables and 15 chairs for teachers, while Ugbeni Primary School, Ogheye, another riverine community in the area, also received 100 students’ tables and chairs, 15 tables and 15 chairs for teachers.
A total of 760 sets of furniture were last week given to three secondary schools in Warri South and Warri South West Local Government Areas of the state.
