Delta Lawmaker Mourns Former SSG, Chief Simeon Efenudu

ASABA/Nigeria: The Member representing Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Bernard Odior, has described the death of former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief Simeon Efenudu, as a profound loss marked by shock, sadness, and reverence.

Reacting to the news shortly after Tuesday’s plenary, Hon. Odior, who also serves as the Majority Whip of the House, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Efenudu family. He described Chief Efenudu as a beloved figure whose contributions to Delta State’s development remain unforgettable.

“It is a tremendous loss not only to the Efenudu family and the Isoko Nation but to the entire Delta State,” Odior said, emphasizing the significant impact of the late statesman on the Isoko people and the broader Delta community.
