He stressed that only contractors with proven competence and a shared vision of excellence would be engaged in such vital projects.

Highlighting the administration’s dedication to youth inclusivity, Governor Oborevwori mentioned the appointment of ten commissioners under the age of 40, which he described as unprecedented. He challenged these appointees to prove their mettle and demonstrate that they are capable of leading effectively.

In closing, former Member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ben Igbakpa, stressed the importance of mentoring the younger generation, urging leaders to take up this duty. He also encouraged the youth to learn from the experiences of their elders.

Rt. Hon. Luke Onofiok, former Speaker of the Akwa-Ibom State House of Assembly, echoed the sentiment, emphasizing that preparation is essential for mentorship, as only the prepared can be effectively mentored.
