ASABA/Nigeria: In a notable tribute, the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has lauded the former Deputy Governor, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro Esq, on the occasion of his 56th birthday anniversary.
Rt Hon Guwor hailed Deacon Otuaro as a distinguished leader endowed with profound wisdom and humility, underscoring that his enduring legacy will be forever cherished and admired.
In an official statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker acknowledged the significant contributions of the celebrant towards the advancement of Delta State, notably during his eight-year tenure as Deputy Governor.
Reflecting on the strong rapport between Deacon Otuaro, the past Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, and the State Legislature, Guwor emphasized that the remarkable strides achieved during the previous administration were a testament to the political stability fostered within the state, with Deacon Otuaro playing a pivotal role as Deputy Governor.
