ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm congratulations to the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, HRM Emmanuel Sideso Abe I, OON, on the occasion of his 16th coronation anniversary. In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised the monarch for his “eventful and rewarding” 16-year reign, highlighting his efforts in maintaining peace and fostering a conducive environment for investment in the kingdom.
Governor Oborevwori commended the Ovie for his leadership and wisdom, which have significantly contributed to the tranquility and progress of Uvwie Kingdom. He urged the people to continue supporting the monarch, acknowledging their role in sustaining the kingdom’s peace and development.
Expressing gratitude to the residents of Uvwie for their unwavering support over the years, the Governor noted the collaborative efforts of the Ovie, his Council of Chiefs, and the youth in ensuring the kingdom’s prosperity. He particularly praised the Ovie’s role in restructuring and positioning Uvwie as Delta’s commercial hub.
