ASABA/Nigeria: Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Executive Assistant on Communications to the Delta State Governor and Head of State Orientation Bureau (DSOB), has stated that Superintendent of Police (SP) Bright Edafe, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the state, is a dedicated and proficient officer.
Oghenesivbe’s commendation came in light of SP Edafe’s recent elevation to the rank of Superintendent of Police by CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, the State Commissioner of Police.
