ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, and National Treasurer for the Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria has extended heartfelt congratulations to State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, on his 61st birthday anniversary.
