ASABA/Nigeria: Chairman of the Delta Trust Mortgage Bank, Hon. Jude Omena Ogbimi, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on the occasion of his two-year anniversary, hailing the administration’s efforts in building a more economically inclusive Delta State.
Ogbimi, in a congratulatory message, said the governor’s vision as enshrined in the M.O.R.E Agenda has translated into visible progress in key sectors such as housing, youth empowerment, and infrastructural renewal. “We are seeing steady growth in our real estate and mortgage landscape due to the stability and confidence this administration has created,” he stated.
He applauded Governor Oborevwori for paying deliberate attention to housing access and affordability, especially through initiatives aimed at supporting civil servants and low-income earners in becoming homeowners. According to him, Delta Mortgage Bank remains committed to supporting the administration’s goals.
Ogbimi noted that the recent investments in capital projects and human capacity are already yielding results in the private sector, with more citizens accessing financial services and wealth creation opportunities. “Governor Oborevwori has brought economic clarity and social equity to the forefront,” he said.
He called on stakeholders in the financial and property sectors to align with the governor’s vision, stressing that the journey ahead promises more sustainable development and opportunities for all.
