ASABA/Nigeria: Dr. Victory Oghenerabome Odize, PhD, the Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Diaspora Affairs, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on being named Governor of the Year by THISDAY.
