ASABA/Nigeria: The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated Dr. Paul Bebenimibo on his appointment as the new Registrar of the Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his distinguished career in academia and public service.
