EFFURUN/Nigeria: Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Community Development, and the National Coordinator of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Area, Chief Anthony Ofoni, celebrating his leadership and dedication to the community.
