EFFURUN/Nigeria: The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Services (DSBIR), Hon. Solomon Igrakpata, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary administrator and a steadfast reformer whose leadership has significantly strengthened the state’s revenue system.
Dr. Ighomrore, in his goodwill message, lauded Hon.
