MISSION STATEMENT
Quality representation through divine intervention for the emancipation of the good people of Ndokwa-East constituency from many years of slavery and poverty.
*INTRODUCTION*
My name is Dame Ann Izi; a native of Iyedeame, Ndokwa-East LGA of Delta State and a holder of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and presently a Doctoral student in Security and Strategic Studies, major in maritime security.
Since the advent of political activities in 1999, I have watched with keen interest the quality of representation and the attendant marginalization and deprivation of the people of Ndokwa-East in terms of the dividends of democracy. The consequence of this is the manifest lack of infra-structural development and low level of the standard of living of our people.
It is on this premise that I humbly offer myself to contest and represent the good people of Ndokwa-East constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), come 2023 general elections under the platform of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
My campaign slogan is simply *”HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE”* because we need to heal the wounds of several decades of neglect and having our common wealth in the hands of only a privileged few.
I am today entering into a Social Contract with the good people of Ndokwa-East constituency to represent them with the fear of God and service to Humanity; SO HELP ME GOD.
*MY AGENDA/ PROPOSAL*
I shall leverage on my wealth of experience garnered from many years of my *educational, public-private partnership and political background* to achieve the following agenda for the benefit of the good people of Ndokwa-East constituency:
1. Bring quality legislation and dividends of democracy to the grassroots.
2. Regular consultations with all Stakeholders before major policy decisions are taken.
3. Integrated Communication Approach on infrastructural development of the area (Bottom-Top Approach).
4. Equitable distribution of our common wealth to cater for the Youths, Women and the Elderly (senior citizens).
5. Effective legislation and qualitative representation to attract sustainable developments such as Basic Health Care facilities, Educational facilities, Portable water, Electricity etc.
6. Provision of Health Care Centres in all Wards to reduce Infant Mortality rates.
7. Introduction of a bill that will ignite the public-private model/driven economy that will boost internally generated revenue for Ndokwa East LGA and Delta state as a whole.
*Same approach I initiated, promoted and implemented in the Nigerian maritime industry today.*
8. Economic development and Capital Empowerment by easy accessibility of funds to farmers and SMEs to increase productivity and job creation for our teeming youths.
9. *A bill for Agro-Tech Investment Hull.* This proposal will spearhead Human Capital and Capacity Building through transparent constituency projects on Fishery, Poultry, Fashion Designs, Event Management, Cake/Bead making, Snail Farming Etc. Here comes an organised *FARMERS MARKETS in Ndokwa East LGA and across the STATE to provide for food sufficiency/ security.*
10. Make laws that will alleviate the suffering of the physically challenged and vulnerable in our society.
11. Attract scholarships for the youths and industries to boost the standard of living in Ndokwa East LGA
12. Creation and distribution of wealth for our teeming youths and women through aggregating our collective goals.
13. Good governance for the provision of health and educational insurance.
14. Decisive and pragmatic steps towards strengthening local production and employment generation for the skilled and unskilled citizens in Ndokwa East LGA.

The business of the legislative Institution (Delta State House of Assembly in particular) can never be misconstrued to be an arena of empowerment only without these four core functions of Law making (bill drafting), Electoral representation, Authorisation of budget and Oversight role.
Therefore, my effort will be geared towards these 4 core functions of legislating and achieving maximum security, good governance and freedom from poverty that guarantees the *EDGE AGENDA* of our dear in-coming Governor, *DSP Senator Ovie Omo-Agege (Obarisi of Urhobo Kingdom),* come 2023 in JESUS CHRIST NAME, I DECREE, AMEN.
