ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Government has banned the erection of illegal structures along and the deposition of literates, sands, granites, wooden materials across roads, walk-ways and drainage.
A statement endorsed by the State Director of Information, Mr Paul Osahor, said any individuals or group of persons found contravening this order would be arrested and prosecuted by the Ministry of Environment Sanitation mobile court.
The officials of Environment and the State Sanitation Taskforce have been placed on full alert to monitor all activities on the road in the state with a view to sanction offenders.
