ASABA/Nigeria: A Social crusader, and one time governorship aspirant in Delta State, Chief Sunny Onuesoke has called the invasion of the Abuja home of Chief E.k Clark a shameful act that need to be condemned by all reasonable Nigerians, and called for the public parade of the arrested police officers and the informants.
“It is a shame at this crucial time of our nations building for a security agency in Nigeria to raid the person of E. k. Clark, a man above eighty years old. Am surprised that inspector general of could order or could tell the public that it was an. Act of wrong information of informants Hans works”.
“Thank God the IG was not ashamed to say that it was a wrong act of a wrong informant. Onuesoke who made his position known to the press at Asaba was shock beyond his wit that it’s uncalled for, for the police to invade the house of an octogenarian like E.K Clark with all the support he has given to the present administration in making sure there is peace in the Nigerian delta region.”
“If I may ask how many octogenarians the police has arrested in the north east and west for the massive killing in that region and the North Central?
It’s a shame that the federal government can order an illegal invasion of Edwin Clark.”
“I am calling on the federal government to immediately commence the trial of the arrested police officers and the informants who are responsible for the arrest. This heinous act committed against a federal minister, senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
Nigerians are demanding for immediate commencement of trial of the culprit to the illegal invasion to show as deterrent to other security officers of the police force to cull from.
