Gov Ifeanyi Okowa
Prince Victor Efeizomor has been appointed the Chief Press Secretary and media aide (Print) to the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa. Son of a first class traditional ruler in Delta State, Prince Efeizomor, is the state correspondent of This Day newspaper. His father, His Royal Majesty, Emmanuel Efeizomor, II is the Obi of Owa Kingdom, the homestead of the governor.
Mr. Jackson Ekwugum, a seasoned Media practitioner, had earlier been appointed as the Manager Communications to the Delta State Government.
Also appointed is Mr. Amaechi Udemba, as Press Secretary (Broadcast). Udemba is a former correspondent of Channels Television.
Mr. Jonathan Onwuka, was appointed as Press Secretary (Community Newspapers). He has operated successfully as a Journalist with both Ika-Weekly Newspaper and Anioma Watch Newspaper, two of the leading Community Newspapers in Delta State, both based in Agbor.
Also appointed is aid for the social media communication
All the appointments are with immediate effect.
