OBIARUKU/Nigeria: The candidate for Ukwuani State Constituency, for the Delta State House of Assembly, for the 2019 General Election, Hon Christopher Ochor Ochor had told supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, not to worry, but continue to work towards the victory of the party, anytime the election is held.
Hon Ochor who was reacting to the shift in the timetable of the elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, said that the party is prepared for the election as they had mobilized party faithfuls, supporters for a successful outing.
According the PDP candidate, the chances of the party is very bright and they will maintain the tempo of mobilization they had already achieved.
“Our chances are very bright, we had mobilized our members and supporters, and we will ensure that we maintain the already achieved level of mobilization of voters till the elections ends.”
“I urge all our supporters to be calm.
I received the news by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of its resolution to shift the Elections. This was unexpected, we were ready, but they had given their reasons, on the appointed days we will go back to vote.”
I wish to appeal and plead with our teeming supporters to be calm, patient, as there is no need to worry, but be more resolute to vote the PDP in the elections.”
