Ezechi Expresses Bitterness Over The Killing Of Two Innocent Ndokwa Youths

KWALE/Nigeria: The of Youths of Umusadege community in Ndokwa West local government Area of Delta State had been condemned by The Executive Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development, Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, and he had called on the Commissioner of Police to track and arrest the killers.

The Executive Assistant, while condoling the families, Ndokwa Youths and Umusadege Community over the loss condemned the ugly incident perpetuated by these yet to be identified gun men assured the youths he will work hand in hand with the government and the security agencies in making sure the killers of these innocent youths will be brought to book and as such they will not go freely.

He pleaded with them to remain peaceful that in no distance time, the killers will be exposed and the law will uphold them.

Ezechi calls on the oil companies to live up to expectations by abiding by the MOU signed with the host communities. He also warned oil multinational companies not to jeopardize the peaceful environment provided by the state government and that Ndokwa Nation is the most peaceful ethnic nationality in the Niger Delta and as such the peaceful disposal of Ndokwa Nation should not be taken for granted.

Ezechi calls on all other stakeholders to join hands with youths of Ndokwa Nation, in attracting the needed development and advice the oil companies to do the needful.

Ezechi calls on the Commissioner of Oil and Gas, to organize a joint session of all the oil companies in Delta State and the leadership of the host communities for a retreat to foster more cordial working relationship.

“I call on Ndokwa youths and Delta State youths at large to continue living in peace and also key into the Stronger Delta mantra of His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and his led Administration. There is no meaningful development that will come without peace. I therefore enjoin them to remain peaceful as the right of the community will not be short changed by the oil companies.”
