ORHUWHORUN/Nigeria: Due to the flooding experienced for some days now along Orhuwhorun-Usiefurn Road, the people had undertaken to clean up the gutters.
According to Mr Godspower Taye, one of the residents who joined in cleaning up the gutters, the announcement was made last night by the community announcer popularly called “Minority“.
Also, Miss Blessing Beke, another resident, said it would be a very good idea if trucks were kept on standby to pick the trash up as soon as it was brought out of the gutters, saying that such a measure would refuse from back into the gutter when it rained.
As at the time of filing this report, the cleanup was ongoing but no truck was on sight.
