ASABA/Nigeria: Rt. Hon Ochor Christopher Ochor, the immediate past Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, the immediate past Governor of Delta State, on his 65th birthday.
