ASABA/Nigeria: A grand Christian festival of praise and worship is set to take place on Wednesday, May 29, at the Event Centre in Asaba, celebrating Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s first year in office.
This event, which follows a thanksgiving service held on Sunday at Living Faith Church, Asaba, promises to be a day dedicated to glorifying God. Gospel artists from across the nation will participate, and the festivities will commence at 11 a.m.
The Publicity Sub-committee issued a statement inviting party faithful, political stakeholders, and the people of Delta State to join the Governor in praising and worshiping God for a remarkable year of achievements. The statement highlighted a year filled with significant project completions and substantial human capital development, reflecting the Governor’s MORE Agenda.
The praise and worship lineup includes celebrated artists such as Mercy Chinwo, Frank Edwards, Evangelist Emmanuel Ofano, Buchi, Asu Ekiye, Evangelist Jerry Ekpekuro, and Tisio-Tisio.
“We are calling on everyone to come together in a spirit of gratitude and celebration,” the statement read. “This is a moment to recognize the great strides we have made and to look forward to even greater progress in the coming years.”
