Group to Organise Free Skill Training and Medicare Programme for People of Ndokwa

Obiaruku/Nigeria: To help promote the economic, health and social welfare of the people of Ndokwa, a body of professionals known as the Odogwu’s, a non government organization, that runs through the three local government of Ndokwa nation had concluded plans to organise free skill acquisition training, and medical services to the people of the area.

Rising from their 2019 Annual General Conference, the group speaking through, Bar. Prosper Esegbue, who represented the chairman, Mr. Ken Ndego, briefing the press, said that the activities, which will include sports sponsorship, scholarship, is to help uplift the living and economic condition of the area.

Esegbue, noted that the organisation aside responding to members’ welfare takes care of some immediate needs of the three local government areas of Ukwuani, Ndokwa West and Ndokwa East as part of its social responsibility. He pointed out that the organisation intends to procure some computer sets for schools to enhance learning ,just as he noted that the organisation has donated books to Ebedei Secondary school, Boys secondary school Obiaruku as well as responded to key needs of some orphanage homes in Ndokwa Nation.
