ASABA/Nigeria: The Federal High Court, sitting in Asaba, Delta state, Thursday 14 December, 2017 has ruled that Golden Touch Construction Projects Nigeria Limited, lawfully purchased the contentious Guinea House from the Delta state government.
In its judgement, the court affirmed that the company met all conditions necessary for the lawful purchase of the said property.
The court noted that Golden Touch remains the owners of Guinea House, having met all conditions, and due process painstakingly followed.
The court however noted that EFCC has the legal and lawful mandate to investigate anybody or institution, but that such investigation must not be in perpetuity. Details of the judgement will be made available soon.
