ASABA/Nigeria: Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday John Onyeme, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing him as a visionary leader and committed public servant.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker commended Onyeme’s unwavering dedication to the development of Delta State, noting that his partnership with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has continued to yield meaningful progress across the state.
Guwor said the Deputy Governor’s collaborative approach to governance and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the administration’s achievements, positioning Delta State on a steady path of growth.
“Sir Onyeme’s collaborative spirit as Deputy Governor of Delta State and commitment to excellence have been a driving force behind our state’s development,” he said.
The Speaker further described Onyeme’s leadership as a source of inspiration and hope for the people, adding that his service reflects a deep sense of responsibility and patriotism.
Guwor also joined Governor Oborevwori and other stakeholders in celebrating the Deputy Governor, expressing confidence that his continued dedication would further advance the state’s development agenda.
