ASABA/Nigeria: In a gesture of warm felicitation, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the esteemed Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR, on the occasion of his 40th birthday anniversary.
