Hon Chika Ossai Commends Deltans For Their Support For Okowa’s Administration

ASABA/Nigeria: The Commissioner for Lands, surveys and urban Development Delta State, Hon Chika Ossai has commended Deltans for their support for Senator Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration.

The Commissioner in a statement signed by his Media Assistant Mr Chuks Eboagwu said that the support for the State Governor and members of his Executive , will not only inspire the present administration to do more but will also ensure even distribution of infrastructure.

Hon Chika Ossai who particularly commended the people of Ndokwa East for their show of love and support for him, appealed to them especially the political class to continue to show love for one another.

While wishing the people of Ndokwa East a successful and peaceful new year, he urged Deltans to use the spirit behind the Christmas and new year celebrations to show love to the poor, the needy and less previlege members of the society.

As the commissioner for lands and surveys Hon Chika Ossai relates the causes of inter and intra tribal crisis to land dispute committee, especially when oil is discovered in such areas and appealed to them to shun any form of violence as in relation to  land matters instead they should report such issue to the appropriate authorities.

He charged youths to desist from any form of crime and take advantage of various youth empowerment programs in the state to engage themselves meaningfully adding that empowerment of the youths through job creation remains a priority of the present administration.

While wishing the staff and management of Ministry of lands, Surveys and Urban Development a prosperous new year, Hon Chika Ossai reassured Deltans that the ministry of lands will continue to improve on their services

He lauded the developmental achievements of the state Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa in spite of the lean resources and appealed to Deltans to continue to give him maximum support.

Hon Chika Ossai appealed to the people of Ndokwa east to come out in their large numbers to cast their votes for PDP in the Saturday local government election.
