Hon. Ferguson Onwo Congratulates Mr. Nkem Nwaeke on CPS Appointment

ASABA/Nigeria: The Member Representing Isoko South Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon (Chief) Ferguson Onwo Ksc, has congratulated Ace Journalist Mr. Nkem Nwaeke on his recent designation as Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor.

In a statement shared with the press by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Comr. Ofrokor Pedro, the Lawmaker expressed his delight over Nwaeke’s appointment, highlighting Nwaeke’s exemplary track record while serving as the Assembly Correspondent for Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS), Warri.

Highlighting Nwaeke’s seamless tenure and unwavering dedication, Hon. Onwo, the immediate past Majority Leader and Chairman of the House Committee on Information, commended Nwaeke’s unblemished service within the State House of Assembly.

Describing the new CPS as a diligent, efficient, and profoundly dependable individual, Hon. Onwo emphasized Nwaeke’s amiable nature that has garnered respect and admiration from every member of the Delta State Legislature.

“Nkem Nwaeke is a friend to most of us. Very hardworking, very result-oriented. Give him an assignment to handle for you and go to sleep. He will do it even better than you expected,” Onwo remarked.

Expressing his elation at the appointment, Hon. Onwo pointed out the evident excitement among colleagues when the announcement was made during the House’s plenary session, signifying collective support and approval for Nwaeke’s new role.

“I am optimistic that this appointment will undoubtedly propel him for greater opportunities. Nkem has over the years demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and professionalism. We will support him to achieve more,” Onwo affirmed.
