Ighomrore, PDP Leaders Mourn Loss of Pa Ejumudo

EFFURUN: Dr Patrick Ighomrore (JP) Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Development, along with members Ward Two of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  has extended their heartfelt condolences to Felix Ayeye Ejumudo, former Ward Two youth leader of the PDP in Uvwie Local Government following the passing of Pa Famous Ejumudo.

In a touching display of solidarity, Ighomrore and other party leaders visited the Ejomudo family, expressing their deep sorrow and emphasizing the profound impact of the loss on both the family and the broader community.

“The passing of Pa Ejumudo is not just a loss to the Ejumudo family but to all of us who have had the honour of knowing him,” Ighomrore remarked. He lauded Pa Ejumudo’s significant contributions to community development and his role in mentoring the youths within the Community and beyond.

Among those present was the Leader of the Legislative Arm of the Local Government, Hon. Rire Uruesheyi, who commended Felix Ejumudo for his strength and resilience. He assured Felix of continued support from the local government, stating, “The entire legislative body is here to support you.”

Visibly moved by the visit, Felix Ayeye Ejumudo expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support. “In these trying times, it is comforting to know that we are not alone. The presence of you all here today is a testament to the enduring bonds of our community and the values my father stood for,” he said.

Dr. Ighomrore’s visit, along with the members of the Peoples Democratic Party, was not only a gesture of sympathy but also an affirmation of the community’s collective strength and resilience. It served as a reminder of the bonds that hold the community together and the enduring legacy of leaders like Pa Ejumudo.

Others in the condolence visits are Mr. Igho Ighomrore, Ward 2 Party Chairman; Mr. Clement Ogaga, Secretary Uloh Ashubu; Areth Edokoumor, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State; Mr. Mimi Raham, a renowned community musician; along with numerous other community members.
