Izi Ann Congratulates Okowa for Second Tenure Ticket …Assures Ndokwa East of Better Days

ABOH/Nigeria: The successful conduct of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, had been hailed as good tiding for the party, and a sign of victory for the party in the state in 2019.

Affirming the success of the party primary which was held in Asaba, the state capital on Sunday, October 1, 2018, Dame Izi Ann, an Aspirant on the platform of the PDP for the Ndokwa East, House of Assembly Seat, said the transparency, and orderly manner the event was held is a testimony to that.

“Our great party had done it.  The delegates to the Primary jointly endorsed our working Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa. That was the party speaking.  I congratulate the governor, who is candidate for 2019.” She said.

According to her, the success would not had come, but for the unity in the state party.

“What happened in Cenotaph, Asaba, was the voice of the people. They had spoken.  And so shall it be. ”

Speaking on the forthcoming House of Assembly Primaries of the party,  she called on the party to ensure a level playing ground for all aspirants, as the state chairman,  Barr.  Kingsley Esiso, and the Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, had often preached to the hearing of party faithful.

“I also use this medium for a free playing ground for all aspirants. We know, and had heard the state chairman,  Barr.  Kingsley Esiso, and our Governor,  and our candidate for the 2019 Governorship Election,  had told all there will be a free and fair for all aspirants.”

“I believe this will happen, and whoever wins,  the rest of us will fall behind the winner.”

Dame Izi Ann, the only woman among the six aspirants of the party in the LGA, is an Accounting graduate from University of Benin,  the Maritime Academy, Oron. She is a consultant in the maritime Industry. A former personal secretary to a former national chairman of the party,  Alhaji Bamaga Turkur. She is in the race with administrative experience and private practice, which according to her will benefit the people of Ndokwa East if she is giving the ticket, and elected.

Dame Izi, believe that 2019 will be a year to end the sorry and pains now been suffered by the people, as she said.

“My slogan is HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE.  This is my motto. With me happy days are here for the Ndokwa East People”.

She is promising among other things for the people of Ndokwa East, quality representation, poverty alleviation, women empowerment, accountability and accessibility.
