LAGOS/Nigeria: The saga of corruption involving the Buhari’s government and the role of the Attorney General of the Federation and Justice Minister, Abubakar Malami had be called to question by Delta State Commissioner on the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Chieftain and Public Analysts, Mr. Ken Okolugbo in his twitter handle, @kennyokolugbo, and he is calling for the sack of the minster

“Attorney General & Minister of Justice Nigeria finally takes us all for a ride wonder what he takes us FOR? Wrote 3 letters 21st Feb 27th April & 5th Oct all asking for immediate reinstatement of MAINA & denies them all saying LINE officer adviced but he Kept In View Nonsense.”
“I was like a lone voice in the issue of Malami when on 3 occassions in Okinbaloye’s program i called for his immediate sack alluding to the fact that he is indeed not a fit & proper person to occupy that office I catalogued series of his infractions but alas the chicken is roasting In the face of EXCULPATORY evidence charged Saraki & Ekweremadu to court! Eventually forced to withdraw charges after bringing the country to RIDICULE”.
“He withdrew charges of 2B Naira theft against Gambo Saleh & Rilwanu Lawal! He gave Babachir Lawal former secretary to govt a clean bill of Health even in the face of damming evidence! Charged Judges to court he had previous score to settle eventually lost all the CASES Malami went on to dismiss Charles Adeogun Philips a renowned Prosecutor who challenged his withdrawal of charges based on nolli prosequio in case of Gambo Saleh Chief registrar of the Supreme court (today is secretary of Anti corruption committee NJC) without informing him!
“He wrote 3 letters asking that a fugitive be reinstated even when the Head of Service Eyo Ita confirms the receipts of the letters denies like a COWARD That Malami met with Maina in Dubai am not SURPRISED cause is obvious Malami represents the INCOMPETENCE the administration of PMB presently exhibits where a chief Law Officer of a country will meet with a FUGITIVE already declared wanted by same country leaves a lot to be desired.
