ASABA/Nigeria: The Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Chief (Senator) Dr. Ighoyota Amori, the Chief Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his 73rd birthday, describing him as a statesman of uncommon wisdom and immense political influence.
