ABUJA/Nigeria: The Member Representing Isoko Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Leo Ogor, has commiserated with former Secretary to the Delta State Government, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay on the passing of his mother, Mama Hannah Macaulay.
Ogor, in a statement on Saturday, said the loss of a mother was painful and urged the Macaulay family to be consoled by the good legacies their beloved mother left behind.
The former Reps Minority Leader, described the late Mama Macaulay as a devout Christian and community leader who contributed profoundly to the growth and development of her Owhelogbo community and Isoko nation in general.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Isoko Federal Constituency, I condole with my dear brother and associate Comrade Chief Ovuozourie Macaulay and the entire Macaulay family of Owhelogbo on the demise of their matriarch, Mama Hannah Macaulay.
“It is my prayer that God will grant you and the entire family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the lawmaker wrote.
