A week later, on October 13th, an official Zoom meeting is scheduled to launch and adopt the policy, making it a public document to be sent and presented to media owners, management, and all staff members as their reference and guide.
Following this milestone, another round table discussion is planned for October 20th, bringing together management, key stakeholders, and representatives from different organizations via Zoom. This session will focus on gaining their buy-in and securing formal adoption of the policy.
