Live A Life Of Christ-Otuaro

KWALE/Nigeria: Delta State Deputy Governor, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, has called on all those who find themselves in position of authority to always live a life of Christ by impacting positively in the lives of others.

Barr. Otuaro, made the call during the funeral ceremony of the Late Public Relation Officer, P.R.O, Office of the Delta State Deputy Governor, Pastor Augustine Okwuolise, at Okwuolise’s compound, Ndemili, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.

The deputy governor who was represented by his Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Political, Hon. Alfred Tortor, described the Late Okwuolise as a dedicated officer who led an exemplary life while on earth.

He noted that, apart from being an officer under his office, the late P.R.O, was a committed Christian, a pastor who lived and died in Christ, adding that, he was an exemplary figure in the discharge of his duty.

Barr. Otuaro, who prayed God to give the family the fortitude to bear the loss, urged the family to follow the legacy of their beloved brother, father and uncle by remaining in Christ. According to him, Mr. Okwuolise lived a life worthy of emulation.

The Delta State Commissioner For Information, Mr. Patrick Ukah, represented by Mr. Donald Obuse, a Director from the Ministry of Information, described Late Pastor Okwuolise, as a simple and easy going person, nothing that he was one P.R.O, who lived a selfless life.

Mr. Ukah, noted that, the Late Okwuolise was a dedicated and humble officer who thus far remain the only P.R.O. in the state that has served three deputy governors.

The information commissioner asserted that he was a genuine man of God and a hardworking media practitioner. He appreciated the late P.R.O’s wife for being a rear breed who stood by her husband at all times.

Also, the Delta State Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalist, NUJ, Comrade Micheal Ikeogwu, noted that Late Okwuolise always give his best in all duties assigned to him.

Comrade Ikeogwu, said the Late P.R.O was a good representive of the NUJ, whose wealth of advice will be greatly miss by the union. He urged the family to immotalize him by emulating his good gestures.

Delivering a sermon, on ‘What is Life’, Rev. Jonathan Ebeifenadi, of Holy Ghost Worldwide Outreach Ministry Inc., noted that, life is not about earthly acquisition but your relationship with God.

Reading his from James 4:13-17, Rev. Ebeifenadi enjoined all to reflect on what they will be remembered for when they die, adding that the way we spend our life on earth matters most.

According to him, the numbers of years we live on earth is immaterial to how well it was spent. He admonish all to prepare for eternity while on earth, saying that heaven and hell is real.
