ASABA/Nigeria: The Delta State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education will formally present licence to the Proprietors/Proprietresses of cleared private schools following the successful completion of the recent revalidation exercise on all private primary and post primary schools in Delta State
A statement signed by the Director of Information, Mr Paul Osahor said the presentation ceremony comes up on Wednesday 17th October, 2018 at the Conference Hall of Olorogun Felix Ibru Secretariat, Maryam Babangida Way, Off Okpanam Road Asaba at 10.00 am prompt.
According to the statement, all proprietors and proprietresses of cleared schools are to come along with their old licence which will be retrieved before collecting the new one.
The statement adds that private schools cleared with conditions and those yet to turn – up for the revalidation have been given one (1) month period of grace from 17th October, 2018 to meet the condition for revalidation.
It also noted that private schools that fail to appear for the revalidation exercise after the period of grace will be deemed not to have been approved by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education.
