Warri: The Personal Aide to the Executive Governor of Delta State Comr. Ossai Ovie Success has noted that his contributions which colour the event of Miss COEWA is part of the prosperity agenda that is enshrined in the SMART agenda of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa led administration.
Ossai who disclose this at the event (Miss COEWA) on Friday, 19 August, 2016 stated that the event is not only to showcase the beauty of students but also to bring unity, togetherness, Oneness and love among one another in campus, he charged invited guest and students to always do their best to add positively to the society at large irrespective of their status.
While Congratulating the Winner of Miss COEWA 2016 (College of Education Warri) Oghounu Constant he re-assures students and staff of the Institute of Okowa’s determination to always put smile on the faces of Deltans, noting that the prosperity for all Deltans is not just a slogan but a reality, of which many Deltans can testify the rapid Infrastructural growth within fourteen months of the Okowa led administration.
