Abuja/Nigeria: The Niger Delta Development Agenda (NDDA), a prominent pan-regional development group, has praised Senator Joel Thomas Onowakpo, representing Delta South in the National Assembly, as a “quintessential statesman” who has redefined leadership and driven significant development in the Niger Delta region.
In a statement marking his birthday, the group’s Convener, Comrade Iteveh Nur’ Ekpokpobe, lauded Senator Onowakpo for his exceptional leadership and his role in advancing the region’s progress.
