Asaba: A Socio-political Pressure group under the aegis of Ndokwa Youth Political Forum (NYPF), has hailed the Executive Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa for appointing a God-fearing and astute politician, Chief Barr. Sam Osasa as the Executive Secretary, Delta State Security Trust Fund , describing the appointment as a welcome development.
The group in a statement signed by the Chairman and Secretary, Mr. Barth Inneh and Comr Ben Osogbue respectively described the appointment of Chief Barr. Sam Osasa as a round peg in a around hole, because of his pedigree and qualities, and further thanked the Governor for his vision in appointing people of impeccable character into his government.
They expressed confidence that by his humble nature, he would perform his duties effectively
According to them, although the task before the Executive Secretary is enormous, but with God on his side and the support of all Deltans, the sky would be his limit, enjoining him to remain focused and resolute in ensuring transparency, and ensure everyone is carried along in the discharge of his duties.
The NYPF urged Chief Barr. Sam Osasa to strive and justify the confidence reposed in him by running an all inclusive administration and try to set the standard for the new Board, and also called on the people to give him their unalloyed support and co-operation to enable him carry out his functions diligently.
They prayed God to give Chief Barr. Sam Osasa the wisdom, courage and protection to perform his mandates, adding that the entire Ndokwa nation is proud of him and would continue to be by his side to enable him achieve set goals.
