KWALE/Nigeria: If all goes to plans, the fight to get attention from the Multinational Oil Giant, AGIP will soon be taken to the door step of the company in Italy.
According to a statement released by the organizer of an Ndokwa development Forum, Ndokwa Nation Agenda, Comr Henry Ufuoma Franklin, posted in some social media platforms, said the planned trip will be carried out to enable the federal government and the company to meet with and implement the Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, entered with the people of Ndokwa to carryout some developmental plans of the area, especially in power generation.
Comr Franklin, while acknowledging that information gathered from the company’s head office in Italy, a traditional ruler, and a prominent son of the area had was given the contract to construct water project in Otagba Ogbe, and 1.5km road also in same area, which was not carried out, he stressed that that does not warrant depriving the area of its essential benefits as supplier of natural resources to the country, and while the company is operating from the area.
He called on Ndokwa people, especially the youths to key into the projects, and for sponsors to enable the planned Italian protest to take place.
Comr Franklin, is on record to of recent championed the cause of Ndokwa Development, through dialogue and protest, which he effectively carried out recently to two demand for the signing of the Federal Polytechnic, Kwale Bill into Law, by President Mohammadu Buhari.

Intellectual mental capacity and honest Ink cum radical publication remains a tool of bringing change to a community subjected to any developmental oppression and lack of infrastructure for the survival of the habitants. While waiting for a proper and official resumption of duty in Ndokwa Nation Developmental Forum aka NDOKWA NATION AGENDA we have started releasing our correspondences and contacts to AGIP headquarters in Italy. Those willing to join us to Italy should start putting themselves together.
I got a signal from Italy to Lagos to Port Harcourt Nig with a full detailed information while the AGIP- MOU with Umusadege has been on a stop since 2015.These are Agip grievances.
(1)A water board project was given to our dear King, my Royal Highness. The Oduosa one of Utagba Ogbe to execute and supply water to our community but our King (with due respect I call his name) took the money and didn’t do the contract. Till today, the empty tanks are lying in Ogbe gram with a zero job on ground.
(2)A 1.5km road contract was also given to a prominent son of Utagba Ogbe, he collected the money and never did the job. Is this really good?
These things I mentioned, our people need to know more about it.
If these facts are lies, let the names I mentioned go to court and challenge me because after we have gathered our documents, if those who ate these contracts money don’t go back to site, we will use EFCC to chase them. We will petition EFCC to investigate this fraud against Ndokwa Nation. Please I am not bragging, it is what we will do. We have sponsors on ground waiting and ani Ndokwa is with us because we are speaking the truth to sanitise Ndokwa Nation.
However,AGIP can’t stand on these excuses to deny our people their rights.Our aquatic environment destroyed,we have no clean water for the public,our hemisphere and atmosphere under threat due to environmental degradation. Our house zincs gotten rotten and oil spillage posing a great danger to our environment and lives of our people.
After our Registration and all logistics put in place,a good number of Ndokwa sons and daughters will storm Agip in Italy by then we would have established a diplomatic ties for visas issuance. The reason I am relying on the registration of our body is to give us a legitimate ground. I don’t get involved in illegal things. If they don’t take time, we will sue them in international court of law and seek for a compensation for long neglect and divert such to self supervised developmental project in Utagba Ogbe.
Remember how Shell polluted Ogoni land. Remember how the federal government intervened. If you don’t speak up for your community, both the oil companies and government will not see any good in your community. Goverment love problems whether legal or action, if you don’t give Government a problem they will not listen to you. In our own case, we will give Government, Oil companies’ problems with our intellectual capacity, our ink, our knowledge and our truth.
I call on interested Ndokwa Nation to support the registration of the body. It has commenced, I don’t want it to be my Association but our Association. I can fund it but no let us fund it.This is not a joke but a reality that will bring a change to our community.
