Ndokwa West Takes Decision on 2023, To Give Overwhelming Support To PDP …As Party Laments Disruption Of Agricultural Activities Due To Insecurity

OGUME/Nigeria: The people of Ndokwa West Local Government Area, has agreed to give their full support to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the 2023 General Elections.

The decision was communicated to the party, Thursday, December 1, 2022, when the party’s campaign train visited five Wards in the area on the first day of the two-day planned campaign activities.

The people who were represented by the leadership of the party and those of the communities said the PDP Government has given them opportunities, as their people had been touched by the policies of the party, which has improved their living standard.

In his welcome address, the Local Government Coordinator of the campaign council, Barr. Samuel Osasa, stated that the PDP has always won the elections organized in each of the Wards, the party and the people of the area, had concluded to give their maximum support to the party.

This he said was because of its good policies, which had transformed the various communities, and people in the area.

“We have met as a party, and with the people of Ndokwa West, and they had assured us of their full support in the coming election.

“We will deliver all the candidates with our votes. Non will be out.” He said.

Meanwhile, the party’s Delta North Chairman, Elder Moses Iduh, reminded the people that the All Progressives Congress, APC came into Government in 2015, through lies, promising Nigerians of change, but rather the change has created an unbearable social and economic conditions for Nigerians.

He stated that the PDP is ready to change the change, and they are ready to change the situation, through the rescue mission of the party in 2023.

Elder Iduh said the APC had continued to tell Nigerians lies, while the living conditions of the average Nigerian has continued to drop, while many people cannot go to their farms because of insecurity that the APC-led Federal Government had failed to manage.

“We are ready to change the APC’s hold on power come 2023, promising Nigerians of a better life, but today you can’t go your farms.”

“This was not what we expected from them, they had continued their lies. They can’t manage the security situation in the country.”

“Come 2023, we must change APC, by rescuing the country from lack of direction. And we are ready to do that.”

The Chairman while formerly introducing the party candidates, said the party has gathered a league of experienced candidates who will help continue the good policies of the party in the State, and to rescue the nation from the present precarious state.

Present at the rally were the party candidates, Sir Monday Onyeme, the Deputy Governorship candidate, Prince Ned Nwoko, the Senatorial Candidate, Mr. Nnamdi Ezechi, Candidate for the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency, and Mr. Charles Emetulu the candidate for the Ndokwa West State Constituency.

There were other notable party chieftains throughout the visits to the various Wards.

The campaign council visited Ward 2, Etua- Etiti, Ward 3, Ndemili, Ward 4, Utagba-Unor, Ward 6, Ogbe-Ogume, and Ward 7, Ogbagu-Ogume.
