Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels Seek Stronger Collaboration with Culture Minister to Boost Creative Economy

ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator representing Delta North, Ned Nwoko, on Monday, paid a visit to the Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, to discuss strategies for advancing Nigeria’s creative and cultural sectors.

Accompanied by his wife, actress and producer Regina Daniels-Nwoko, the senator underscored the need for collaboration to enhance Nigeria’s creative industry, preserve cultural heritage, and create sustainable opportunities for young talents.

In a post on X titled Driving Growth in Nigeria’s Creative & Cultural Sector, Nwoko stated, “Today, my wife, Regina Daniels, and I had an insightful meeting with the Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa.” He emphasized the couple’s commitment to empowering local creatives, attracting investment, and positioning Nigeria as a global leader in arts and tourism.

“As a creative force herself, Regina is deeply invested in the growth of the entertainment and arts sector. Together, we are committed to supporting initiatives that empower local creatives,” Nwoko added.

Expressing optimism about the industry’s future, he affirmed their willingness to work closely with the ministry to translate ideas into impactful action, stating, “The future is bright for Nigeria’s creative economy!”
