Nigerian Air Force Invites 40 Delta State Candidates for DSSC Recruitment Interview …Interview to Hold Monday Jan 6-Saturday 11, 2025

ASABA/Nigeria: A total of 40 candidates of Delta State origin, comprising 14 females and 26 males, have been shortlisted by the Nigerian Air Force to attend the recruitment interview for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 33, 2024 Batch.

The candidates are scheduled to undergo the interview under Batch A at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna from Monday, January 6, to Saturday, January 11, 2025.

According to a statement released on Sunday by Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Director General of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, the candidates are required to report with essential documents, including original and photocopies of their credentials, attestation forms, and personal items such as white vests, blue PT shorts, and canvas shoes. Other necessities include four passport photographs, a bedsheet, a blanket, and a mosquito net.

Dr. Oghenesivbe strongly advised the candidates to verify their names on the Nigerian Air Force recruitment portal, https://nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng and reiterated that the entire recruitment process is free.

“The Nigerian Air Force has made it clear that no candidate should pay any money to anyone or any officer throughout the interview and recruitment exercise. Doing so is illegal,” he emphasized.

He also urged the shortlisted candidates to promptly assemble all required materials and proceed to the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna by Sunday, January 5, 2024. Representatives from the State Awareness Creation Committee on Youth Enlistment into Military and Paramilitary Services will be present to assist the candidates during the process.

Dr. Oghenesivbe added that the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, expressed his excitement over the development and extended his best wishes to the candidates. “Our amiable governor is with the 40 candidates and others in prayers. He looks forward to seeing them successfully commissioned as officers in the Nigerian Air Force,” Oghenesivbe said.
