NNU: Say No to Fraudulent Registration of Non-Existing Groups

By Pedro Chibuzo Obi
Dear All,
Not until the electoral law of NNU recognizes delegates from each clan that makes up Ndokwa Nation as the one and only people empowered by law to vote in all NNU National Executive Council Elections, the vibrancy and authority will continue to wane…
UFU, NDU, FUNS and NNU Youth Wing can equally be part of the delegates.
Save these four groups, no other group should be giving voting right in NNU National Elections.
I emphatically say no to fraudulent registration of non-existing groups during election period in order to gain undue advantage and end up diminishing our APEX BODY.
All Ndokwa Sons and Daughters, who wish to be a delegate, should fall back to their respective clans/communities and lobby to be part of the clan’s delegation, which i suggest can be five per clan.
… Moving Forward;
The Article in the constitution that gives the loophole for the fraudulent registration of “Toronto Groups” during election should be suspended and a doctrine of necessity should be invoked where this Model for electoral process will be used for the forthcoming election.
I bet all Ndokwa people that the positive effect will be too enormous, thereby giving room for Ndokwa clans/communities to posses NNU as it ought to be, where NNU can actually be seen to be speaking on behalf of Ndokwa communities.
Foundation is of paramount importance in everything we do in this life, and in this context, the electoral process is the foundation.
The question now is, if clans/communities are not part of the foundation, how do you expect to speak on behalf of them without being questioned.
… Still Moving Forward;
I know some people may say, we are almost close to election period and as such we should just conduct election and thereafter amend the portion of the constitution to effect the change.
But wait, the truth remains we can’t be doing same thing over and over again and expect a different result.
Another Four years is too long for the clan/community ReBirth of NNU, we can’t continue like this.
If we want NNU to become a household name in Ndokwa communities, which should be the major concern of all Ndokwa people, then this model/process should be adopted.
Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU), the Apex Socio Cultural and Political body of the Ndokwa people, as an Institution must be respected by all Ndokwa people and Clan/Community ownership remains the right way to go.
Thank you all.
Jah bless Ndokwa Nation!!!
