ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated renowned administrator, elder statesman and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Mike Adiotomre, on the occasion of his 88th birth anniversary, describing him as a distinguished public servant whose life has been defined by integrity, wisdom and selfless service to humanity.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, the Governor paid glowing tribute to the octogenarian, commending his enduring contributions to public service, community development and political stability in Delta State. He noted that Chief Adiotomre remains one of the state’s most respected voices, whose leadership and counsel have continued to inspire generations.
Chief Adiotomre, a prominent political leader from Ovu-Inland in Ethiope East Local Government Area, was praised for his unwavering commitment to truth, justice and the advancement of society. Governor Oborevwori said the elder statesman has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership qualities that have earned him admiration and respect across political, ethnic and social divides.
The Governor particularly acknowledged Adiotomre’s role as a member of the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council, noting that his contributions have been instrumental in promoting peace, unity and political harmony in the state. According to him, the APC chieftain’s voice of moderation and wisdom has helped strengthen efforts aimed at sustaining stability and fostering development.
“On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I warmly congratulate you, Chief Mike Adiotomre, on the occasion of your 88th birth anniversary,” Oborevwori stated.

He prayed for continued good health, strength, peace and many more years of fulfilment and happiness for the celebrant as he marks the significant milestone.
