ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, will participate in the ceremonial march past to mark Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary tomorrow, October 1, 2024.
The event, organised by the Nigeria Police Force and paramilitary organisations, will take place at the Cenotaph on High Court Road, Asaba, at 9 a.m.
Governor Oborevwori is set to review the parade and take the national salute during the ceremony.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Deltans and the general public have been encouraged to attend the celebration.
