ASABA/Nigeria: The Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ochor Christopher Ochor, have Congratulated the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as he clocks 62 years today, Thursday, July 8 2021.
The Deputy Speaker, in a statement signed by his Press Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, he praised the Governor for his sterling commitment to development of Delta State, especially since he became the Governor of Delta State.
While congratulating the Governor Okowa, he described him as man who is dedicated to duty, with focus on the development of the state infrastructure, training and empowering of the youths, incentives for business growth, security, and unity amongst the various ethic nationalities in the state.
“Your Excellency, your dedication to duty, especially with your focus on development of the state infrastructure, training and empowering of our youths had been great.”
“As part of your Stronger Delta Agenda, within the past 6 years, you have introduced different incentives to boost businesses in the state, boost the morale of the security operatives with donation of vehicles and equipment to the different security services, building of unity amongst different ethnic nationalities in the state.” He said.
“Through your contributions, you had not only strengthen our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, but also in the entire country, developing synergy with many to see peace reigns in Nigeria.”
“On behalf of my family, political associates, and the good people of Ukwuani State Constituency, I celebrate with you.”
“Looking back at your contribution to the state, and humanity, it had been marvellous. Many had been touched. The state had so much benefited from your management acumen.” He said.
He prayed for long life, and God guidance for him to continue to serve the state and mankind.
